If you are not satisfied with ClinicCare within 7 days of your first paid payment, we will refund your subscription in full — no questions asked.
The Starter plan is completely free for 30 days. No payment is taken, so no refund applies. You can simply stop using the service after your trial period.
For Pro (₹1,499/month) and Chain (₹3,499/month) plans, if you are dissatisfied within 7 days of your first subscription payment, email us at cliniccare@ecohavens.store with the subject line "Refund Request" and we will process a full refund within 5–7 business days.
Monthly renewal payments are non-refundable. We recommend cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue. You will continue to have access until the end of your paid billing period.
We do not offer pro-rated partial refunds for unused days within a billing period, except in the case of the 7-day guarantee window.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
You can cancel your ClinicCare subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
