By using ClinicCare, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms govern your access to and use of ClinicCare's patient follow-up automation service ("Service"). By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorised to operate the clinic you are enrolling.
ClinicCare provides automated WhatsApp-based patient follow-up, AI-powered grounded reasoning via Microsoft Foundry (DeepSeek-V3.2 + Foundry IQ), escalation alerts, and review collection automation for registered clinics in India.
You agree to use ClinicCare only for lawful patient follow-up purposes. You must not:
You are solely responsible for complying with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy when using ClinicCare. This includes obtaining consent from patients before messaging them. ClinicCare is a tool — the clinic owner is responsible for how it is used.
You are the data controller for all patient information entered into ClinicCare. You must ensure you have appropriate consent under applicable Indian privacy laws (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) before entering patient data into the system.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party API downtime (WhatsApp, Microsoft Azure, Google), or force majeure events may cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay. Upon termination, your data will be made available for export for 30 days.
ClinicCare's code, design, workflows, and documentation are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
ClinicCare is a communication and automation tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for clinical judgment. Clinic owners are solely responsible for patient care decisions.
AI sentiment analysis results are indicative only. Always review escalation alerts with your own clinical assessment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClinicCare's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
